Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically dispatched the same business day whenever possible. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress at every stage.

International Shipping

finedeal Store also ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. International shipments generally arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes assessed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Transparency matters to us. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team so we can look into it for you.

Address Changes

Should you need to correct your shipping address, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order.
